Covid-19 Risk Assessment & Guidance

for Visitors & Members

Be Alert

· If you have symptoms you must quarantine immediately – do not come into The Exchange

· Let us know immediately by calling or texting 07939 260118

· If we are notified of anybody having symptoms we will contact all other members/visitors to let them know

· All members & day visitors must pre-book their space

· Places will be restricted to a maximum of 8 on site on any day to allow for social distancing

· You will receive an email and a text confirming your booking

· If you wish to change your booking you can do this on the website or contact us and we will do it for you

· On arrival

How to ensure social distancing on site

· You should always:

stay 2 metres apart from other members and visitors (or 1 metre with risk mitigation where 2 metres is not viable)
Wash hands or use hand sanitizer regularly
Work side by side or back-to-back rather than face-to-face
The Shower room is closed during this period
Be aware of where others are
Keep your distance at all times
Restrict your movement in areas like the Kitchen & the Washrooms
Where possible observe a 1 in & 1 out policy in the kitchen and washroom areas
Stay at the one work station for the whole day – don’t move from desk to desk

· Cleaning

To minimise the risk of the virus spreading we will:

clean work areas at the end of each day
clean surfaces in the kitchen and washrooms at the end of each day
clean communal areas at the end of each day
provide paper towels for hand washing
provide extra bins and empty them regularly
provide hand sanitiser and anti bac spray throughout the site
close the shower room during this period
clean and spray down the touch points throughout the office space (such as door handles, pump handles and printers)

· Protecting customers and visitors on site

Numbers on site will be restricted to 8 people at any one time
We encourage visitors to use hand sanitiser or wash their hands when they enter the premises and regularly throughout the day

· Keeping safe in meetings

only have meetings in person if you cannot meet remotely
restrict numbers in meeting rooms so they can stay 2 metres apart (or 1 metre with risk mitigation where 2 metres is not viable)
do not share objects like pens
we supply hand sanitiser in meeting rooms
